Lean is a tool that can create change in any workplace environment. It reduces waste, enables processes to move faster, more efficiently, and improves the customer and employee experience. However, not all workgroups embrace change that Lean will cause. The Project Manager is often faced with push back and resistance. About Linda Thompson Linda has spent her career working with F500 companies, entrepreneurs, small business and VCs to turn the customer experience into a profitable and sustaining endeavor using Lean in part, as the solution. As a result, she is able to measure the improvement to the end user and customer loyalty levels.
