"What can Lean do for Project Managers when our stakeholders do not know/embrace Lean?"

Tuesday, March 06, 2012, 05:30pm - 07:00pm

Lean is a tool that can create change in any workplace environment. It reduces waste, enables processes to move faster, more efficiently, and improves the customer and employee experience. However, not all workgroups embrace change that Lean will cause. The Project Manager is often faced with push back and resistance.

Linda will provide case studies and engage you in the application of Lean as a PM. This will be a lively and interactive event.

Linda has spent her career working with F500 companies, entrepreneurs, small business and VCs to turn the customer experience into a profitable and sustaining endeavor using Lean in part, as the solution. As a result, she is able to measure the improvement to the end user and customer loyalty levels.

This career passion includes the launch of the International Division for FedEx, the consolidation of Starbucks' customer contact centers, her own company and a list of Seattle clients, including Microsoft, and a host of other projects big and small.
