About this event:
Projects fail…we’ve all been there, done that, and have the t-shirt (although I doubt we wear them). Projects fail for a variety of reasons. Perhaps the most insidious circumstances are the failed projects that are labeled as successes (completed on time and on budget), when in reality these projects are failed efforts because the intended benefits are never fully realized. How does this happen? Often it’s because of the missing ingredient…change management.

About the Presenter:
Steve is a business professional with over twenty-five years of experience in executive management, consulting, and academics. His business experience ranges from technical responsibilities such as operations research, business analysis, and systems development to senior management responsibilities as CEO, chairman and board director for a number of organizations. As a professor at Lipscomb University, he specialized in policy & strategy, management, business statistics, and management science. Steve serves as the principal consultant of the InfoWorks Strategic Solutions Group and is a director on the boards of two global non-profit organizations.
